Recently I have been working with ceramic and volcanic ash from Ecuador as part of my exploration of hybrid forms, creatures that seem to emerge from both land and sea. These works evoke an imagined ecology shaped by cultural memory, migration, and adaptation, blurring the line between the natural and the built environment.
